Hi, I’m Kristin!
Before I stepped into ministry, I spent years as an HR Consultant in Healthcare + Finance, and had the prilege of working in one of the Top Workplaces in the US, with some incredible leaders. I didn’t realize it then, but God was building a foundation in me that He would later use in a completely different way.
When I entered ministry, something became clear very quickly: ministry isn’t a business - but it does benefit from clarity, healthy rhythms, aligned teams, and intentional leadership. Not for efficiency’s sake, but for the sake of people. For discipleship. For Kingdom impact.
I began to see that many ministry leaders are deeply called, spiritually grounded, and wholeheartedly committed, but carry a heavy administrative load, often without tools or support.
And that’s why I created Abide Strategy Co.
Not to run the church like a business. Not to replace calling with structure. But to help leaders remove friction so they can focus on what truly matters - loving people, shepherding teams, and walking out their God-given mission.
Everything I create is built on five core principles rooted in Scripture, healthy leadership, and practical ministry wisdom. My heart is simply this: to see leaders strengthened, supported, and freed to lead with joy, clarity, and confidence - for the glory of God.
